And oftentimes, the challenge isn’t knowing what to do – it’s having the technical resources to build the tools that could help do it.

What is the Hostinger Restore program?
Hostinger Restore is a new program designed to help people and organizations working to solve environmental challenges turn their ideas into digital solutions.
Through this initiative, selected applicants will receive a year of Hostinger’s Unlimited AI Builder plan for free, which includes:
- Reliable hosting for your digital project
- 15 monthly AI credits to build websites/web applications with AI
- A free domain for one year
- Professional email address and mailboxes
- Visitor analytics to track your project’s performance
- Priority 24/7 customer support
We aim to give selected projects the technical foundation they need to move from an idea or early-stage project to something people can actually use.
Hostinger Restore is open globally, with applications accepted in English. We welcome projects at different stages – from early-stage ideas to existing initiatives looking to grow. Selected participants will also have the opportunity to be featured on Hostinger’s website.
Why we’re organizing the program
At Hostinger, we’re working to make software creation more accessible through AI-powered website and web app builders. By lowering the technical barrier to building digital solutions, we’re creating more opportunities for people without programming backgrounds to turn their ideas into something real.
We recognize that AI and its infrastructure have an environmental footprint, and Hostinger Restore does not offset it or make our products inherently more sustainable.
At the same time, we believe AI can help people build useful environmental tools, improve efficiency, and explore ways to reduce resource use. Realizing that potential requires people with environmental expertise to have opportunities to understand the technology, test it, and put their ideas into practice.
We believe that people working to protect our environment deserve more chances for their work to be seen, supported, and scaled. Environmental challenges affect communities everywhere, yet many of the initiatives addressing them begin with small teams and limited resources.
Hostinger Restore is our small, practical way of erasing that barrier.
Alongside organizing Hostinger Restore, we remain responsible for addressing our own environmental impacts, which we report transparently in our annual sustainability report.
Who can apply?
Hostinger Restore is open to small businesses, entrepreneurs, environmental nonprofits, nature conservation organizations, social enterprises, early-stage startups, and other individuals or organizations working on environmental solutions.
Whether you’re already a customer or completely new to Hostinger, you’re eligible to apply.
The project you submit can be an early idea or something already up and running. What matters is that you can demonstrate genuine experience, expertise, or involvement in the environmental challenge you’re addressing.
You don’t need to have technical expertise in coding. You don’t need to have a finished website. And you don’t need to know exactly where the project will be a year from now.
Our goal is to support people who understand a problem and have a clear idea of how a digital solution could help address it.
What kind of digital project should you build?
We’re open to all kinds of digital projects, as long as they’re focused on addressing an environmental challenge.
Environmental problems come in many forms, and so do the solutions. That’s why we’re not looking for one specific type of project or prescribing what your solution should look like.
Your project can be a website, web app, digital platform, educational tool, or something entirely different.
A conservation group might need a platform to coordinate volunteers. A researcher might want a better way to collect biodiversity data. A community organization might develop a tool to report illegal dumping. A small nonprofit might need a website to reach a wider audience.
What matters to us is the problem you’re trying to solve and what technology could make possible – not whether your idea fits neatly into a particular category.
If you need inspiration, your project could focus on:
- Biodiversity conservation
- Ecosystem and habitat restoration
- Nature protection
- The circular economy
- Environmental education
- Environmental community engagement
- Other environmental challenges
These are examples to spark ideas, not limits on what you can build. If you’re working on an environmental challenge and believe a digital solution could help, we want to hear about it.
How to apply for Hostinger Restore
To join Hostinger Restore, simply fill out the application form to tell us about your project and the environmental challenge you’re working to solve. If your project is selected, we’ll give you 12-month access to our AI Builder so you can develop and launch the software.
Applications are open to applicants worldwide, but they must be submitted in English. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
When you apply, you’ll be asked to tell us about:
- Your organization or project
- The environmental challenge you’re addressing
- The digital solution you want to build or improve
- What you wish to achieve with the project over the next 6 to 12 months
We’ll consider each project based on factors including its potential environmental impact, how well it fits with the tools available through Hostinger Restore, its feasibility, and its potential to grow over time.
